A very indulgent, rather scrumptious looking (and tasting, I hope! I'll be getting a slice of this one myself...) replica chocolate cake of the Portal game's ending cake.

The chocolatey components consist of:

~ 3 layer red velvet cake
~ whipped chocolate ganache centre
~ sour cream chocolate frosting (lusciously smooth)
~ broken shards of dark chocolate coating
~ fresh whipped cream with glace cherries

And the un-cherried cream in the middle? That awaits the finishing candle! That'll be added at the party and, rest assured, there will be a picture showing this :) And I'll probably take a shot of the layered inside too...

I'd love a slice right now after working so hard on it...:hungry: ;)

Oh, and the cubes are handmade by yours truly out of fondant icing :)
